my goal as your doula is to provide a grounding, peaceful presence that allows you to feel completely safe, heard, and supported. I approach birth and postpartum care with a relaxed personality and a deep respect for your body’s wisdom, offering a steady, judgment-free energy that naturally lowers stress in the room. My care is backed by a strong clinical foundation of 8 years working as an OBGYN medical assistant, which allows me to navigate the hospital and medical terminology with ease while maintaining a soothing environment. Outside of supporting families, I love arts and crafts, an outlet that feeds my patience, attention to detail, and appreciation for the beautiful, unique process of creation.
